Constructed from 24 gauge steel. Steel is hot-dipped galvanized and pre-painted with an epoxy primer on both sides. A finish coat of baked-on polyester -- in 1 of 4 colors -- is applied to the exterior surface. General uses proportional panel sizes for each door width to replicate the look of real wood. Vinyl weather stripping in an aluminum holder runs the full width of the door. An optional 1-1/2” thick insulation kit is available. |
