As a one-sided door this is 1-1/2” thick and consists of a 3/8” thick rough-sawn Breckenridge plywood skin glued to a wood frame. It is a very lightweight door, which serves it well when used as a base to build custom door styles. |

As a two-sided door this is 1-3/4” thick consisting of a 3/8” thick rough-sawn Breckenridge plywood exterior and a 1/4” luaun plywood interior bonded to a heavy wood frame and polystyrene core. |

Doors up to 10’ wide are made with a one piece plywood skin. We do not make this door in widths over 10’ as there are weather-seal and grain matching problems with piecing plywood edge to edge. |
